Welcome to my blog, Stars and Fireflies, The Brighter Scroll! I'm an author, public speaker, creative writer, editor, photographer and have always found my greatest fulfillment in the written word. A survivor of childhood trauma, the contrast between light and darkness has always fascinated me. I've been so blessed over the years to have met some extraordinary people as a journalist, and many have inspired me to keep sharing the light. I hope you likewise will be blessed, and take some of this light to share with others as well. I believe there is freedom in sharing our stories, in exploring new ideas.
